
Tim Newcomb lives in Boulder, Colorado and currently serves as Director of Research for eSwarm.
Newcomb was a partner with Grant & Newcomb, an appellate law firm, including indigent death-penalty litigation. He grew up in western Nebraska, received his B.S. from the University of Houston, J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law and LLM from New York University.
Following NYU, Newcomb returned to Wyoming to clerk for the Wyoming Supreme Court. He co-authored The Wyoming Constitution: A Reference Guide, as part of a 50 volume set on state constitutions published by Greenwood Press, taught Advanced Appellate Advocacy at the University of Wyoming College of Law and served for 12 years as a guest columnist for the Casper Star Tribune, Wyoming’s statewide newspaper.
